Designed and delivered engaging English lessons to students ages 3 to 13, specifically to the students learning needs. Assisted in developing and implementing curriculum plans aligned with the center's educational objectives. Utilized a variety of high energy and hands-on methods and materials to enhance learning outcomes, such as science experiments, writing challenges, daily journals, comic books, and more. Collaborated with colleagues to develop and implement new teaching strategies and techniques, as well as participating in and leading weekly meetings, which allowed me to learn new teaching strategies and receive useful feedback from other peers.

Created and delivered high energy lessons on a wide range of subjects, Math, Drama, Science, and Language Arts, for grades 1 to 6. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade Grade Homeroom and Subject teacher. Developed a new curriculum for Language Arts and Science based on the requirements of the Education Bureau. Provided detailed and useful feedback for each student every week, highlighting the students strengths, weaknesses, and positive room for growth.
