Online English Tutor

AllRight.io is a US-based company looking for professional English Tutors to teach children aged 4-16 online in 1-on-1 video chat.

Requirements:

• Native English;
• Spoken Russian;
• Patience and passion about teaching children from 4 years old;
• Minimum teaching experience with children from 4 to 8 years old – 1 year;
• Online teaching experience with children from 4 to 8 years old - at least  3 month;
• Academic teaching degree and/or professional teaching certificate;
• Readiness to elaborate fun, interactive, respectful and supportive online learning environment for a high standard of e-learning courses in accordance with school guidelines;
• Willingness to work on your own schedule, but be available and allocate at least 10 hours of your total availability throughout the week, from Monday to Sunday, and during peak teaching hours in Moscow, Russia, from 16:00 to 20:00 on weekdays and from 11:00 to 20:00 at the weekends;
• Willingness to accept classes with children from 4 to 8 years old;
• Consent to prepare and run 30 minutes trial-classes for every new enrollee;
• Desire to ensure new enrollees and their parents, who observe the trial-class, enjoy your approach and teaching techniques and choose so their kid becomes your full-time student;
• Computer with fast internet connection, microphone, headphones, webcam; installation of software and plug-ins required to set collaboration.

School provides:

• Opportunity to earn over 1750$ per month (20-hours working week);
• PayPal payments on weekly basis, amounts are paid gross, school does not cover any bank fees, commissions and/or taxes;
• Support of the methodologist and school administrator from 09:00 to 21:00 Moscow time, from Monday to Sunday;
• Syllabus for children from 6 to 12 years old in ppt and/or pdf based on Cambridge coursebook;
• Additional materials for children under 6 years old or over 12 years old;
• Students, customer care and handling of billing with students and teachers.
