Our school particularly wants a candidate who has a form of heritage and Chinese language skill (not necessarily fluent nor Mandarin). We're particularly interested in the services of American or British Born Chinese applicants. Applications are not exclusive to such candidates but we focus on cultural exchange as well as language, with a nod towards understanding the difference between mainland Chinese culture and sharing experiences with overseas citizens of Chinese decent. 

Deqing is a lively town located 20km from central Hangzhou. Set in beautiful countryside, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Hangzhou central station is a mere 12 minutes away by train. The town enjoys all the modern conveniences of

regular city life.

Our school is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to join an established team of foreigners already at the school. The school is modern and enjoys state-of-the art facilities in an environment conducive to learning.

Our contract is highly competitive as there are

NO OFFICE HOURS so teaching is restricted to a maximum of 18 hours per week. The school also issues FREE modern

accommodation. Salary range is from 8,000 RMB to 10,000RMB per month. REMEMBER THIS IS ONLY 18 HOURS PER WEEK WITH FREE HOUSING. Along with our usual benefits of paid holidays, flight allowance, notarial services reimbursement, full visa support, relocation support, contract bonus.

Ideally we are looking for a teacher with a minimum of 2 years experience for this position but we are willing to consider newly qualified TEFL graduates.
