TEFL Instructor to Make Videos - Remote Online Position

We are looking to hire a TEFL/TESOL Instructor to create a variety of Practicum Videos. The videos will help aspiring TESOL/TEFL students to gain a better understanding of how to teach ESL both in class and online. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching ESL both in class and online. They will also be tech savvy and be able to record high quality videos. You must either have access to a suitable location where you can film (such as a classroom or meeting room with a whiteboard) or you must be able to use a room in your residence by making suitable changes to it (such as adding a whiteboard).

You will be given the topic of the video and a list of subtopics that must be covered. You will be responsible for creating an approximate script for the video and getting it approved prior to recording. Each practicum video will be approximately 25-30 minutes.

Responsibilities:
Create professional looking videos
Recording and editing videos (the only editing you will be expected to do is to cut out extra parts)
Have a suitable professional setting to record videos (with a whiteboard)
Create the approximate script for the video and have us approve it

Requirements:
Native English speaker with a neutral US/Canadian accent
Recognized TEFL/TESOL qualification
3+ years of ESL/EFL teaching experience (both in class and online preferred)
Experience recording and editing videos
Access to a filming location (such as a classroom or a room in your house that can be converted to look professional)
CELTA (preferred)
Master’s in TESOL (preferred)

Pay: $30-50 per 30 minute practicum video

Schedule: Flexible, but must submit at least 1-2 videos per week and meet agreed-upon deadlines
