I am a 26-year-old professional and hold U.S. citizenship, a Bachelor's degree in French, and a 120-hour TEFL certification. I also speak fluent Italian and French, and have spent the past four years working at Walt Disney World's Epcot, the last two of which were spent in a bilingual workplace (English/Italian), where I managed over 100 Italians on work visas in the United States, training them on restaurant logistics and menu in both languages. I studied abroad in Italy in 2011 where I served as the Assistant to the Program Director. In the spring semester of 2013, I served as the sole Italian Student Instructor at my university, where I taught an Italian 1002 course. From 2011-2013, I was a volunteer tutor of French and Italian at my university's language lab, using hands-on activities to help students practice foreign languages.

I managed over 100 Italians on work visas in the United States, training them on restaurant logistics, policy, and menu in both Italian and English. I attended to concerns from guests and cast members (employees) and resolved any issues, in order to ensure a quality guest service experience. I also responded to positive, neutral and negative restaurant reviews in multiple languages via Yelp, TripAdvisor, and social media.
