My Profile

I have a passion for teaching people tools needed to be productive in their daily lives. I believe patience and kindness are very important within a educational setting. Learning a new language is not easy, so I strive to be patient as students learn and reinforce what they are learning in a way that will help them use the language in their everyday life.

I have gained experience as an English tutor, ranging from writing and composition, public speaking, grammar, editing, language structure, and so forth. I am also a volunteer teacher in my community working with a variety of people. This volunteer teaching involves social work and communication. 

I enjoy working with people and interacting with different cultures and backgrounds. For these reasons, I was motivated to become a TESOL teacher.
