Introduction:

My career and development has really been crafted around my personal purpose, defined as changing lives and creating possibilities by “unlocking potential” in individuals and business. My fundamental belief is that every individual or business has potential and in some instances needs to be unlocked.

Having worked in “Best Companies to work for” both from a Corporate and Small business perspective, it has provided me with valuable insight into how individuals and business can work synergistically to exceed their limits of performance in pursuit of customer satisfaction and a sustainable business.
