- Designed credit, finance and home-buying education programs for child and adult learners. I have presented these programs to over 1500 individuals.
- Created bi-lingual training programs and educational materials for ESL clients that were then translated into Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese, Albanian, Portuguese, Arabic and Swahili. These materials have been used to facilitate comprehension and decrease the stress of the home-buying process.
