Greetings!

My name is Kelly Barnes.  I currently volunteer several times each week as the lead instructor of free English classes at Mount Ored Church in Acapulco, de Juárez, Guerrero, Mexico.  I am a TESOL Certified, University-educated United States Citizen, born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and a native speaker of the English language.,  During my time in Acapulco, I've developed a basic to intermediate command of the Spanish language as well.   

Currently enrolled in online classes at Phoenix College in the United States, I am an extremely focused and highly motivated individual able to rapidly understand new concepts and carry-out job responsibilities.  I possess excellent written, aural, interpersonal communication skills, an ability to adapt quickly in new environments and a morally sound work ethic.  I pride myself on being highly efficient with an assertive tribal-mentality fiercely-rooted in tolerance and nonviolence.  Of utmost importance to me are my exceptionally strong family, community values and desire to learn more about cultures around the world. 

I am excited to discuss possible employment as a means to reside outside the United States and provide what assistance I may in helping others learn the English language.
