Introduction:

I am Kothandaraman (Ram) Indian National worked in Cambodia Teaching English . I had lived in the UK for good years and recently moved to where I am now. I am single 32 yrs young  committed professional passionate about educating the younger generation in all means to make a better life and world on a boarder sense. I am very good in building very good rapport with children as young as 3 years old . I have multiple veins of experience as a academic facilitator, Human resource personnel, Mental Health Worker, Community worker. I understand the amount of care and patience a Teacher needs to be Teacher. Furthermore I have extensive work experience in volunteering at various organizations which gave me immense confidence to manage and take up any challenge and complete successfully. I do bring experience of my past as a academic coordinator / facilitator . I have acquired skills on team building, relationship management, communicating with in a diverse group, an eye for details. I had also been a team member and a trainer which gives me understanding of practical implementation of any ideas and policies. I am always interested in taking up challenging new task and be successful with at most precision making a difference simultaneously experiencing being a part of the community. It would be a mutual exchange of skills being part of your organization. Above all its also a personal satisfaction of being able to help change peoples life which I had experienced by extending yourself.  I have a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with parents, coworkers, and students. Owing to my double Masters degree through English and as I always had passion for academics it recently got initiated in Cambodia extensively experiencing and reassuring my confidence on classroom management and delivering the lessons according to my lesson plan had boosted my satisfaction level and I am looking forward to take up this as my full time career. It would be a great pleasure to work in a school setting as its personally satisfying to me to provide excellent education to the young generation creates challenging yet satisfying work environment which has the potential to change their life for good. I have done my schooling from kinder garten to my Research Masters through English. Although I am bilingual, English is near native language to me. I had completed MBA (Human Resource & Marketing) and MSC (Social Care Management), UK. During my research at University I had often taken presentation lectures which kindled my interest into academics further to teaching English as second Language. Through my first-hand experience, I have developed good knowledge in imparting lessons to class in an effective manner. Particularly, I am well-versed in,

I believe and confident about possessing skills and qualities to work in school environment as I am very familiar to it since my previous employment I had worked as a Territory Manager & Edu Drama Trainer providing facilitation and standard check on training the teachers to train students. I had worked closely with different departments and ranks within an organization and I am confident on being a good team player. I have also worked as a Administrator in my previous capacities which would be useful in performing other additional tasks at your school if needed.

At my last capacity as a Teacher, I maintain student records, checked assignments, took presentations, and resolved all kinds of student issues during the entire academic course. In addition, I was responsible for creating and managing extracurricular activities of class. Nevertheless, I am a member of examination committee as well as interviewing the prospective students.

Moreover, I have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with different cultural background which would enable me manage a class of children with different backgrounds and cultures.
