Introduction:
My name is Louan Michelle Pentz.
I have completed my studies in Psychology, with my highest qualification being an honours degree. I also have acquired a counselling qualification.
I am a very hard working person who loves to work with people.
I would love the opportunity to be able to teach as my passion lies with children.
I only have 2 years of experience with teaching, but I would love the opportunity to teach abroad and be able to gain more experience.

Tasks: Manage
the new admissions and the processing of portfolios. This entails creating
invoices and debit order contracts as well as student number allocation for
each student. Handle telephone and email enquiries from prospective students,
their parents and advisers independently in a timely and professional manner. Process incoming applications for all course
programmes, checking qualifications, the validity of decisions and authenticity
of results. Check and verify the fee classification of applicants. Monitoring
on a regular basis the outcome of student payments and corresponding on a
regular basis with them

assistance with developing study strategies. Work with the tutee to develop a
tutoring plan that fits the student’s individual needs. Prepare tutoring
sessions to ensure the tutee’s academic development. Assess the tutee’s
progress throughout tutoring sessions. Participate in tutor training and
development sessions. Updating student progress on the system and as well as
student details. Doing follow ups with all students. Providing administrative
work where possible
