Premier English is a small, independent, British-run school in Qingdao, one of China's most desirable cities. We are currently recruiting new teachers for our 2020 Spring academic term. We pride ourselves on being a friendly school where the teachers take a genuine interest in the student's language development. Unlike larger, more corporate organizations, our teachers also have the chance to get involved with improving the school as a whole and the freedom to do what they think is in the students' best interest.

Our ethos emphasizes promoting teacher input. Our team is extremely diverse from all sorts of backgrounds and countries, with decades of teaching experience between us. We are not an agency; employees solely teach in our school. We have small classes having a maximum of 6 students who have close contact with their teachers. We have classes for all age groups. In addition to pre-school, primary and middle school age children, we also teach adult professional clients who want to improve their conversation skills, grammar, pronunciation and so on.

Salary and Benefits 

• Package worth 13,500 – 18,500 RMB per month. Salary based on experience, qualifications and teaching contact hours
