About Me
Introduction:
I began working with kids while attending University and interning with the Oregon Shakespeare Festival's Education Department. From then, I went on to teach Theatre and Shakespeare to grades 6-12 while also working with primary school children at the local Boys & Girls Club. Afterward, I spent a year in China teaching English to students ages 4-16, and then returned home to continue teaching and advance my abilities as a teacher of English as a Second Language. For the past two years I have continued working with the Boys & Girls Clubs, while adding on additional work as a Tutor for the local High School's AVID program and working as a Substitute teacher for all Multnomah County schools.
