English Teaching Job Requirements
̢���� Hold appropriate professional qualifications CELTA or equivalent TEFL certificate.
̢���� Have at least a Bachelor̢��‰�s Degree
̢���� Be a native or bilingual speaker of English from the following countries: (USA/Britain/Australia/Canada/New Zealand/South Africa/Ireland)
̢���� Have at least 2 years ESL/EFL teaching experience
̢���� Be able to prepare lessons in a timely and effective manner
̢���� Engage in on-going professional development
̢���� Participate and contribute to a harmonious work environment that encourages cooperation and team work

Compensation Package (12 month contract)

̢���� Monthly salary (before tax):

Package A:
(21 teaching hours + 4 office hours per week)
11,200 RMB
14,900 RMB (For Beijing applicants)

Package B:
(30 teaching hours + 5 office hours per week)
16,000 RMB
17,000 RMB +3000 RMB city allowance (For Beijing applicants)

̢���� 3,500 ̢��‰�� 7,000 RMB contract completion bonus
̢���� Continuation bonus: 3000/1500 RMB paid 3 months after renewing a yearly contract (15th/27th/etc month)
̢���� 10,000 RMB flight reimbursement (For Beijing applicants / paid one month after arrival)
̢���� 15,000 RMB sign on bonus (For Beijing applicants)
̢���� Full induction and training provided in the first week
̢���� Hotel accommodation provided free for 7 ̢��‰�� 14 days on arrival
̢���� Arrival advance of 10,000RMB to get settled in. Will be deducted from Salary.
̢���� 10 days paid annual leave (10 days unpaid in-between contract leave)
̢���� 11 Chinese national holidays
̢���� Full medical insurance
