Our parent company is Jiangsu Jian Xin Construction Group, with seven subsidiaries. It has gained a great reputation after several successful projects with the local government, including railway, government buildings, college libraries, banks and so on.

Our School

Nanjing Studio English Classroom(南京空中英语学校，also know as KZ-English), the official website is www.kzenglish.com. Recently, there are three campuses here in Nanjing, LJ campus, HYC campus and HQC campus, and two more campuses are under construction, which will come into service by the end of 2018. We are heading to the final state when we become a much more influential listed education brand in the next three to five years.

Nanjing Studio English Classroom is growing fast and strong, with a scale of over 200 employees and 1500 students. The teaching environment is so comfortable with complete facilities as required, including the teaching area, office, dining room, resting area and so on. We have a great team, where all staff get on well with each other and enjoy the joy of teaching. Recently, we have 15 foreign English teachers.

Our school is always outstanding in teaching, because our team always do the teaching research to find out what exactly that suits the students. Besides, we having been using the textbook from Pearson Company to help the teenagers here in China to build the habit and logic of English language. As a result, it has gained huge compliment from the parents and the students. In order to keep the class in order and keep the teaching quality, we insist to keep small-sized class(of which the size is within 8 students) and one-on-one VIP class. With multiple teaching methods and abundant teaching contents, we try our best to improve the the students’ comprehensive ability of language learning.

To be an ESL teacher, you have to meet the requirements and fulfill your responsibilities.

Requirements:

1.Native English speaker

2.A notarized Bachelor’s Degree or above

3.120 hour TEFL certificate (two-year experience equals TEFL or 2 years post graduate certificate) or other teaching qualification (or willing to obtain one) 

4.Must be able to obtain a clear background check

5.The ability to live abroad for at least one year

6.Physically fit and in good health

7.Fluent in English without strong accent

8.Positive attitude, reliable and be able to work in a dynamic environment

9.Willing to share and contribute to teamwork.

Responsibilities:

-Working time: 40 hours per week, 2 days off 

-Kids age: not only 3-15 years old kids but also teenagers and adults

-Class Size: English lessons with no more than 8 students per class

-Courses: materials from Pearson Education and the States

-Subjects: English. Science, Social Science, Geography etc...

-Teach English using a range of techniques and based on textbooks provided by the school

-Evaluate student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement 

-Revise or develop the previous courses

-Participate in the school’s staff meetings and various activities on working days

Then, we are willing to provide a great remuneration package for you.

- Monthly Salary Package: up to 2,500USD(18,000 RMB) (depend on your performance and experience) 

-Demo Bonus: 1% of sign-up amount (our demo teachers can usually gain 150-700 USD(1,000-4,000 RMB)/month)

-Airfare bonus: 1,000 USD (6,000 RMB after contract completed -Incentive Bonuses for extra teaching hours)

-Contract Renewal bonus: up to 1,000 USD (6,000 RMB)

-Complete settle in support (including financial support)

-Social Insurance: medical insurance and pension. We are one of the first training institutions national wide to provide the same type social insurance for all foreign employees same like other Chinese employee.
