Online ESL Teacher/Tutor

What We Are Looking For:

We are a growing English teaching company in Beijing who provides standard ESL lessons to our Chinese young learners using our online teaching system. The teachers may work at home and have the lesson over the internet. So we are seeking English native speakers from US, Canada, UK and Australia who are humorous, energetic, punctual, animated. The teachers will conduct a professional, effective tutoring for the students that we work with.

What We Offer:

$14 to $20 USD per hour (depending on experience, qualifications, positive feedback)

Trial Class Enrolment bonus(High bonus)

Salary paid thru Paypal or Bank transfer

Teacher recommendation bonus

Peak hour:

6:00 PM to 9:00 PM Beijing Time from Mon to Fri

9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Beijing Time on Sat and Sun

Teacher’s primary responsibilities:

Preparing for 1-to-1 online classes for 26mins

Doing corrections and conducting effective instruction during the classes

Fill out constructive feedback to improve their conversational abilities

Work with students between the ages of 4 and 16 (predominantly from absolute beginner to lower intermediate).

Work flexible hours coordinated with each client’s Schedule

Required:

A native English Speaker

At least 1 year of English teaching experience

Candidates with one of the certificates: TOEIC/TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/IELTS/TOEFL

Have a reliable workstation with stable power supply and internet connection

Must be punctual at all times and follow the agreed-upon lesson schedule

Understand cultural sensitivities that may require adaption of the content used to teach.
