Hello,

I just came home from teaching English for a year in South Korea. I graduated from Rider University in New Jersey, USA (May 2016) with a bachelors degree in Secondary Education, English, and ESL. Over the past four years I have worked with many different students; special needs, foreign speakers, under-privileged, and everyday students from ages 5 to 17. I have taught and tutored: Reading, Writing, Literature, ESL, and even Math. My contract in South Korea ends in September so I am looking for a job that starts during or around January 2017. Muan High School in South Korea

August 2016 to Current

Living in South Korea and teaching over 400 students at Muan High School, grade levels 1-4 with varying skills in English. Taught and collaborated with three other Korean-English teachers. Participated in the crafting of the school’s award winning English newspaper and teaching extra technique classes to the other Korean-English teachers at the school. Taught online classes for a rural island school in the spring and summer semester as well as after school classes every day for students who wanted a more extensive class learning English.
