Augusta Communities is a California non-profit housing organization that was founded in 1998 to provide affordable housing opportunities for households of modest means through the acquisition, rehabilitation and preservation of existing mobilehome park communities. Augusta Communities serves 1,100 households with over 3,200 residents.  

Augusta Communities is actively involved in bettering our neighborhoods and enriching the lives of our residents. We build playgrounds, provide home improvement assistance, give away school supplies, offer scholarships, and sponsor summer camps, and staff nutritional, social and recreational programs for residents of all ages.
