My Profile

My name is Boniswa Innocencia Mgcotyelwa. I am currently doing diploma in foundation phase Grade 0-3. I have a higher certificate in HIV/AIDS Counselling and Management, Early Childhood Development level 4&5, and TEFL certification. I have a 1 year 3months as a teacher assistant. I have been orginising daily programmes also doing children reports. Working as a teacher assistant taught me to be humble and be able to listen to children's needs because they are all unique.

I have had the opportunity to teach a diverse range of learners.I have been responsible for designing and implementing lesson plans that engage and inspire my learners. I am committed to creating a supportive and nurturing environment that encourages learners growth and development.

One of my greatest strengths as a teacher is my ability to connect with learners on a personal level. I believe that creating a strong rapport with learners is key to fostering a love of learning and helping them achieve their full potential. Additionally, I am committed to using a variety of teaching strategies and approaches to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
