Diversity of experience, something that in an ever changing work environment shouldn’t just be a wish and a hope but a requirement. The ability to adapt one’s skills to a task, to tailor one’s abilities to a project, is an intangible skill that few possess and can effectively demonstrate. It is something that can only be developed over time. My name is Caitlin P. Van Alstyne, and I have that intangible skill. How can I show you?
A simple perusal of my attached resume will show experience in a wide variety of positions, dealing with a myriad of personalities and people from every walk of life. I have thrived and excelled in all of these positions and I love looking for new challenges and new ways to offer growth and my experience to others.
