As a life-long learner, I am always thinking about how I can continue to develop as a teacher and I believe that teaching abroad is an excellent opportunity for my personal and professional growth. Being a TESOL teacher means making the contribution to create an international environment, where students will have the chance to broaden their horizons and develop their potential as future leaders .

Being a teacher means being involved as a learner and I'd love to improve my cross cultural communication skills. I'm confident that my ability to quickly connect with students from diverse backgrounds would allow me to build trustworthy relationships and a classroom community where students can give the best of themselves .

Italian culture is based on the sense "community". As an Italian teacher I always focus on relationship from day one. It's important to provide students with opportunities to share their voice and experiences with one other. In a strong classroom community students feel a sense of belonging: they feel safe to take risk and learn to support and respect diversity. Then, as a Buddhist teacher, I believe that education is not a mere injection of knowledge, but a humanistic process that nurtures wisdom and enables the individual's potential to bloom to the fullest .
