Introduction:

Dear Sir / Madam

It is with great enthusiasm that I submit my resume in consideration for the position as an English ESL Teacher. I have a GA Level 3 Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language as well as a Diploma in Nature Management (SAQA ID 62690) and I am currently studying for my BA Disaster and Safety Management.

I have 2 years and 9-month hand-on working experience in Xi’An China where I became more confident, it strengthened my capabilities in teaching, planning, managing, and adapting to a new environment.

As an adept Teacher, I have a well-rounded skill set in lesson planning and honed talents working with students from all ages. I am a recognized expert in critical thinking and a communicative collaborator. My previous roles have strengthened my capabilities in communication and leadership including a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

One of the most effective ways that I assist my students is by developing and presenting comprehensible and stimulating lesson plans that facilitate all learning styles. I research, locate, and incorporate a variety of resources to accommodate students via visual, audio, tactile, and kinesthetic methods. I integrate literature, writing, phonics activities and technology to ensure that each child can comprehend and retain the concepts and language.

My goal is to foster and maintain an open, honest, communicative, and supportive classroom, in which the students feel safe, secure, special, and appropriately challenged.

I am excited at the prospect of bringing my talents to your school and being dynamic in the position you offer as an English Teacher.

I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience, to discuss my experience and qualifications.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
