Introduction:

I am a 44-year-old South African Citizen independent woman; I am a mother of 2 minor children ages 7 and 9 years old. I hold full custody of my children with valid passports to 2025 

I have sound skills in Recruitment and Talent Selection, my expertise lies in finding the right candidate for the right Job. I have a unique recruitment skill with passion ensuring the right fit within the organisation. 

My success is and has been how my candidate progresses within his career. Ensuring my client can reply on me at any given time. Client demands met timorously with only the best of the best caliber candidates. 

After many years of Training Recruitment Consultants, I have followed my passion in that completing my TEFL Certification 120 hours practical. . My natural teaching ability, Native English Speaker, also tutoring English to Expatiates from Spain in South Africa. 

I want to exchange cultures; my children have a natural flair for language, and I would want have them experience the world with me. 

I obtained my Tefl Certification with English Access Gauteng based in Johannesburg where I achieved A level for Practical and B level for Grammar  completed 4 December 2019. 

 

Its simplicity in life that counts, not quantity of live but quality of life. Teaching is my passion and English such a beautiful language to teach.

Global Recruitment experience

Head Hunt local and international candidates for Global Clients for various international companies

• Ensure CV matches Spec 100% as well as personality and environment fit.

• Recruit globally – turn around time for submission 48 hours, depending on Location of Candidates

• Recruit candidates in accordance with their trade / experience and job specifications from the requesting clients

• Capture all personal data, update and type CV's

• Scan and link all candidates documents (CV, ID copy, Qualification, Verification, Licence, passport, certificates) Maintain CV files

• Implement an effective and efficient CV Recruitment Database system to filter candidate’s availability e.g. one week, two weeks and one month notice etc.

• Book medicals and for candidates

• Sign contracts with appointed candidates and explain the type of contract they are signing for Maintain and update database daily

• Sort and file CV's/documents according to their specific profession if not captured on database

• Categorize CV's according to trades and experience

• Reference checks on all recruited candidates

• Schedule interview times for candidates as per client request

• All other duties as and when required

• Telephonic recruitment

• Screen artisans at the window for the workshop tests

• Maintain the electronic candidate database

• Book Artisans for the workshop tests

• Attend weekly meetings

• Scan/evaluate CV's according to profession applied for recruitment selection purposes

• Verify trade certificates through the Department of Labour, Merseta, Chieta, SAIW

(this would be for clients requiring local candidates from South Africa).

• Liaise with site Agents with regards to requests and applicants

• Assist site agents to recruit

• Create records for new candidates, separate and link all their documents in the order of the system

• Screen incoming calls and transfer to the relevant person or take-up messages

• Assist candidates with any queries or requests

• Always maintain professionalism and be presentable

• Daily filing, CV search on Career24, Career Junction and LinkedIn

• Advertise jobs on different portals

• Arrange face to face interviews

• Confirmation of job specification from the client of Senior staff

• Create and maintain mailing lists, preparation and sending of emails and SMSes to candidates Arrange interview appointments with candidates

• Recruit for Brand Inhouse Positions, Workforce Staffing and Training Force, Workfroce Holdings. – All candidates recruited inhouse was done over a period 2 months 36 candidates placed all 36 (permanently) 1 abscondment
