My name is Christian Steven Arias I was born in 1989 in Venezuela which was a great country when I was growing up, I started and finished my primary school not too far from my house, then I finished high school in 2006, in that year I was lucky enough to be accepted to study an undergraduate degree at Universidad De los Andes (Tachira) considering that I lived in a small town in the border, I had the opportunity to study and work in both countries, as soon as I finished my studies I sought a position as a teacher in the public area because I consider that students in public schools need the most, they are children whose parents do not have a good economical level and they need more attention than those on private schools. I wanted to help those students. Nevertheless, that was impossible because they only wanted to have teachers who were aligned to the socialist party, known as Chavismo, I could not achieve that, and I was forced to move to Colombia, which is a neighboring country, here in Colombian, where I currently live, I managed to grow professionally, I took many courses of assessing students, I became an international evaluator of Cambridge tests and Michigan (KET and MET) 

I believe that I have the necessary tools to undertake this new challenge, now, in addition, to growing in education which I did with my CELTA and the master I currently study in teaching I believe that I must address the management side and make sure I know how to deal with everything thrown at me in this new position.
