About Me
Introduction:
I have been exposed to a number of languages since early childhood. Due to my parents' job, we have had to travel frequently from country to country for periods of three to four years, such as Australia, that lasted for 25 years. My teaching experience started at BERLITZ in my early twenties. First as a part-time English tutor, later as a full-time English and Spanish tutor to adults then later to adolescents and finally kids. I have always enjoyed teaching enormously and students enjoy the way I teach. BERLITZ promoted me later to Academic Director which took me to a more administrative position with higher levels of responsibilities and other areas of work.
What I am interested in today is to go back and teach a language which is what I enjoy most.
I might not have an academic degree that proves that I can teach, but I assure you I have more than 15 years of work experience and have participated in a number of internal face-to-face training in and out of Berlitz. I am very familiar with the Direct method approach or known today as the communicative approach, group handling, correcting students,
