Valentin Grogol is the head of the company which was established in 2009, and he continues to develop his family business. Valentin tried out English nannies first with his own daughter. She has had an English nanny from the age of one. As a result of this, she has learnt English naturally without the pressure of formal English lessons. The idea of the business and the main reason Valentin founded it, was his interest and desire to make his daughter's life easier and happier. He himself spent years during adulthood studying English, and still he has a nice Russian accent. First the concept of English Nanny was for his daughter, and then after he started placing English nannies all around the world, also keeping a high standard for himself and for his family, which became even brighter when they adopted another girl.
