Dr Ernel Merano is a graduate in Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education in Elementary, Master of Arts in Education and Doctor of Philosophy in Education. A passer in the Licensure Examination for Teachers and possess a certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) course awarded by the International Alliance of Teachers and Employers (Online) and TEFL Professional Institute-Teacher Record with Distinction. He has been teaching in Elementary for more than thirteen (13) years now in the Philippines and abroad. An experienced in teaching different curricula (American, Cambridge and K to 12).  He is a 21st century teacher who have undergone a lot of training on teaching strategies, classroom assessment, classroom management, journalism, sports, ICT, and research from the Philippines and abroad. Last April-May 2015, he was selected as one of the K to 12 trainers on the Implementation of the Grade Four K to 12 Basic Education Program- Division Level. Prior to that, he was awarded as K to 12 Innovator among the Grade Three teachers in Area 4 and 5-Regional Level. He also finished three (3) modular courses on School Head Development Program sponsored by the National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP). He published books in Lambert Academy Publishing (LAP) and in Amazon online. Being patient, flexible, positive and caring to students make him an effective and efficient educator. His philosophy in learning is that, “Let a child explore and discover to satiate his questioning mind”.
