First Future works with thousands of Teachers located around the world teaching our Chinese Students English online.

Our Head Office, located in the Chaoyang District of Beijing, hosts our Sales and Management Team. These Teams are responsible for launching new School Projects and coordinating with our Partner Schools.

Our main Teaching Center, knows as Campus A, is located in Manila, Philippines. From this Campus we run all of our Teacher Support Teams (Operations, Project Management, Training, Quality Assurance, Accounting, and Human Resources).

As a First Future Teacher you will interact with members of our Team from both of these offices and any of the 8 Teaching Campuses we are currently operating.

One of the things which makes First Future unique in the Online Education Industry is that we do not conduct classes for our own Students. Instead, we partner with large, medium and small Schools and Language Academies in China, to provide their Students with a world-class online learning experience.

This allows us to hire Teachers with a wide range of certification and experience (including people who are completely new to teaching!) We are also able to offer our Teachers a high level of job security; if one Project ends we will always have another for you to work on with one of our more than 600 Partner Schools (and growing!)

Industry leading Training and Teacher Support

At First Future we pride ourselves on the level of support we offer every Teacher. For every Project you are on you will have a dedicated Project Coordinator who will assist you with any concerns you may have. You will also be assigned an Operations Manager who will be able to assist you with any concerns you have relating to working with First Future. Our Accounting and Human Resources departments are always on hand to help Teachers resolve any issues.

Every Teacher will also receive extensive Training and Coaching throughout their first few months and beyond. This starts with our Applicant and Training portal which you are currently viewing. Over the course of the modules contained within you will receive roughly 2 hours of Training to provide you all of the information needed to teach your first class online. As this Training is conducted online you will be able to move at your own pace so more experienced teachers may require significantly less time to complete the modules. Less experienced Teachers will be able to move at a pace they are comfortable with. Once you have started teaching with First Future you will be offered the chance to complete an extra 12-16 hours of more advanced training to further your career as an online English Teacher and earn extra bonuses!
