By profession I am a licensed professional English teacher in the Philippines since 2019. I took a four-year course in Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English University of Santo Tomas-Legazpi where I've learned student management and various techniques in teaching diverse students. I took my internship at a public high school in my town for several months where I had a grasp of the reality in teaching diverse class. After finishing my degree, I immediately took the licensure examination for professional teachers and luckily passed. I wanted to practice my profession by working as a teacher however, I had to work smart and focus in helping my family financially. I became a bread winner eventually so I had to choose working in a BPO Company to be able to fulfill becoming a bread winner. Financially speaking, in the Philippines the salary of a public teacher isn't enough to support a family with seven members. I accepted the reality and focused on my work now as a BPO Sales Representative. By time I'm writing this is already my 2nd year in the company. Honestly, I find it really cool being a teacher by profession and a sales person by career especially with my job communicating with accountants and business owners from the United States of America. I became confident in using English language as a medium of communication in my job, my vocabulary was improved, my accent sounded like a local, and most importantly I had no regret in choosing this career. Thankfully I took my bachelor's degree and now I wanted to go back to my profession. I'm currently looking for a teaching post so if you happen to read this kindly check out my contact details I'll tell you more about my experiences both in teaching and sales.
