1. planning, preparing and presenting differentiated lessons that cater the needs of the students.
2. ensuring the health and safety of children and staff is maintained during all activities
3.  attending weekly meeting with the school board to ensure the requirements and expectations are met.
4.  providing feedback to parents on student's progress.
5.  hosting events such as Halloween and Christmas for more than 500 people (parents and children included etc
