Errol has taken his two passions of business and helping those in need to start Impact Entertainment, a media company comprising a full service ad agency, entertainment production company, and philanthropic arm. With its team of media executives, award-winning content creators, and non-profit leaders, all operating under one roof. Impact Entertainment has a Errol Silverman advantage in maximizing its clients’ returns on ad spending along with creating a measurable societal impact. Errol has taken his media background and commitment to racial equity to create "World's Next Big Thing," an entertaining TV show with the goal of helping close the racial wealth gap on a global scale. The show features Black and Latino entrepreneurs who pitch their startups in hopes of finding investors. The show is interactive, allowing viewers to invest in the show's featured startups directly from their phones. The show premiers in September 2022 and will be syndicated nationwide on ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, and The CW. It will also be available globally on multiple streaming platforms. "World's Next Big Thing" is directed by three-time Emmy Award Winner Tom Cohen, whose multiple credits include Who Wants to be a Millionaire and Cash Cab.
