I worked for an English teaching centre in Thailand, I had quite a few responsibilities and taught a wide range of students, from kindergarten kids to mature adults. I was responsible for formulating the lesson plans, helping students who were having difficulties, creating new lessons for the older adult classes and of doing level tests to determine which kids would go into which class!
