Young minds are in need of teachers that are awake. People that have been through a lot and have learned how to survive their emotions, People who have found healthy ways to cope and endure. People that are capable of molding young minds up to have the ability to communicate clearly and non violently the problems that are in need of addressing, people that can keep calm during a hectic situation, that will be strong enough to lead by example. I can assure you that I am one of these people and if there is anything I love it's people, it's having this wonderful ability and blessing to be able to empathize with others, to meet them on their level and help lift them up so that they too are strong enough to lead. We are all leaders and we are all capable of achieving greatness. Together with love is when when we are at our strongest.
