To Whom It May Concern,

As an experienced primary school teacher, I have developed a personal commitment to helping my students succeed. Since a young age, I have demonstrated a passion for educating students. I volunteered in my mother's kindergarten classes which lead me to my future teaching experience in the California public schools. As the years progressed and my desire to travel became stronger, I became increasingly interested in the child-rearing practices utilized in different western cultures. This lead to me to live abroad and do a 3 month teaching internship in Australia followed by a year of working as an au pair for a two year old little boy.

In my most recent teaching position at Morning Creek Elementary school, I developed highly effective lesson plans, motivational exercises, and performance assessments. I've helped improved student performance, and have received positive feedback from parents and fellow educators alike for my abilities in the classroom. My teaching style demonstrates dedication to fostering a positive learning environment to all students and maximizing individual student performance. The accomplishment I'm most proud of in my teaching career is my ability to relate to my students with my caring and compassionate personality.

If I was hired as a teacher through your school/program, you would quickly find that I am a highly motivated individual who is eager to improve my already flourishing skills in education. I have received my B.A, passed the national CBEST, CSET and RICA exam, and currently hold a Masters Degree in Education and a valid California teaching credential.

I am confident that given my background in early childhood development, my passion for children, and relevant teaching experience I will be a valuable asset to your team.
