Introduction:

 I am applying for the English Second Language Teacher position because I am looking to use my experience to bring change and effectiveness to the company I am assigned to work, I believe hard work is the key to success, I know what it takes to be a good teacher to Kindergarten or primary Education, paying attention or being attentive is a key factor to the young learners growth in English, implementing effectiveness in their studies, seeing and administering effectiveness in their group interactions and ensuring individual assessment and offer assistance to struggling learners on one on one basis, I am top tier thinker and with concise implementation strategies, i mesh different skills and techniques to improve my teaching skills and enhance classroom experiences amongst the children.  I have had the opportunities to work with young children of all ages and abilities while I was student teaching for The berry education in Jinan, changqing. I am seeking to continue my career that will allow me to continue working with people and different children in many different ways
