Respected and self‐motivated training professional with more than 12 years of experience managing corporate training and development departments with a MA in Org. Mgmt./Dev and Training & Development Certification. My strong training background includes curriculum development, classroom/online learning, staff development, platform skills and teaching at the Jr. College level has provided me with a solid foundation to transition from training to an ESL teacher. My skill set and competencies in training/facilitation are a good match and transferable to teaching profession. I am able to create an engaging and growth mindset learning environment while employing a variety of instructional techniques and strategies to meet different aptitudes and interests of students, including current technology and whole group/small-group or individual learning. I was known for having an interactive teaching style that encourages student participation and enthusiasm while facilitating learning which developed me into a skilled communicator; able to synthesize empathy and deliver complex information to diverse audiences.
