About Me
Introduction:
I have just finished teaching as a Homeroom Teacher at Angels International Bilingual Kindergarten in Shanghai, China in November 2018. I absolutely loved teaching there and everything about China!
The problem, however, was that I had to come back to South Africa early. There was a misunderstanding between me and my agent. The problem was I couldn't work in China legally without a Bachelors degree...
For that reason I came back to South Africa to finish my degree. Luckily, I already got my 3-year National Diploma, which means I can finish my Bachelors degree by going to evening classes in one years time.
By teaching English online I can still continue with what I love and keep in touch with the Chinese culture, while being able to finish my Bachelors degree in the evenings!

I worked as a homeroom teacher with my own class. I interacted with the kids all day, played with them, disciplined them and taught them life skills. Every day I had 3, 40-minute classes including math, science, phonics, arts and crafts and topic-based-classes.
