About Me
Introduction:
Hello! My name is Margaret Giddings. I am a native English speaker from Washington, DC. I graduated in 2020 from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and a minor in Social Enterprise. I have always been interested in language learning and have taken courses in Chinese, Arabic, Spanish, and Italian throughout my academic career. My favorite part of my studies in International Affairs has been learning about and engaging with other cultures, and I would love the chance to do that more through ESL teaching. I am TEFL and TESOL certified with extensive experience in tutoring and training. I also have strong writing and grammar skills that would be especially beneficial to teaching for the IELTS and TOEFL exams. At the moment, I am looking for fully remote opportunities.
