My Profile

Hello, I'm Michael. I was born in St. John's, Newfoundland and grew up as a Canadian and a Newfoundlander, Though typically spend my time travelling now. I first realized my passion for teaching during my time working in a village teaching English to the local kids while learning their language, studying elephants and constantly losing football games. It was an incredible opportunity that made me realize the importance of connection. Since then, I've been looking for ways to travel and work ever since. Then the world shut down. During all my free time alone, I've been investing in myself. I come to the ESL Job Lounge as a passionate teacher with both physical and online experience. I finished my Advanced TESOL Diploma Program in early June of 2021. I guarantee if you hire me your institution will not be disappointed, and most importantly, your students won't either.
