• Conducted online group lessons, private lessons as well as grammar correction batch-work for both children and adults (averaging 48 hours a week).

• Facilitated (averaging 40 hours a week) one-on-one and small group English instruction to over 4500 clients on the TutorABC platform, focusing on conversational and grammatical skills.

•Used O.U.P. (Oxford University Press) material to facilitate effective junior learning and D.C.G.S. (Dynamic Course Generation System) to formulate lesson material that suited clients’ needs best.

• Provided instruction to juniors between the ages of 3-18 years old using ManyCam™ Software, interactive online video interfaces, games, props, and visuals to help improve writing, speaking, comprehension, organisational and listening skills.

• Gave one-on-one attention to each student while maintaining overall focus on the entire group, in both junior and adult sessions.

• Attended workshops to expand knowledge on client motivation and engaging learning activities while contributing to improved teaching pedagogies (including transcription).

• Increased ESL students’ reading proficiency by integrating online learning methodologies and altering lesson material for clients needing extra guidance.

• Organised comprehensive lists of resources to help clients go beyond classroom environments and delve into related topics of interest – subject to cultural sensitivity.
