Having had the role of a Setswana language and culture helper/teacher in both individual and group courses. Following the Talk method of language learning, I have worked one on one with people wanting to learn Setswana in the phase one TALK course; this has also involved • Teaching basic language texts that people can use in their everyday lives •Teaching them to develop simple sentences in the target language, and understand basic grammar structures In the phase 2 TALK course, I have acted as a language teacher assisting learners: Focus on a more in-depth level on grammar structures of the language Helped them develop sentences and new grammar Made them aware of the differences in tone, rhythm and stress between their mother tongue and African Languages • Practiced the language with them • Taught them songs and rhymes in the target language • Assessed their level of fluency at various levels throughout the course, explained various aspects of African culture to them •Taught them structures in the language they are learning

Conduct training needs assessment by collecting information pertaining to work procedures, workflow and reports. • Determine utilization requirements by researching and developing training needs analysis • Design training manual by identifying and describing information needs • Maintain safe & healthy training environment by following organisation standards & legal regulations • Conduct training sessions, assessments and moderation (Certificate in General Travel Qualification) • Maintain quality services by establishing and enforcing organisation and CATHSSETA standards • Respond to customers’ requests for information concerning system functionalities, system status, down-time, procedures, installations, set-up, error messages and general services. • Evaluate training effectiveness to specific applications. • Carry out duties at the office & other places the company may require. • Manage service providers and conduct Quality Control Assessments on work carried out by contracted service providers.

• Orientation and assessment of site (organization) to Mindset Health (Pre-Implementation visit) • Training of trainers : Conduct 2 sets of trainings per site on the usage of the platforms to promote eLearning • Conduct Community Capacity Building trainings and interventions • Travelling and training to various sites within South Africa Deploy a wide range of training methods • Management of training schedules, travel arrangements & expenses reconciliation • Develop & update training materials & processes • Complete due diligence documents that feeds to FIMS • Monitor and report on all trainings activities and site status. • Providing feedback to the department on training conducted provided • Resolve any specific problems & tailor training programmes as necessary • Maintain an understanding of training trends, developments & best practices • Provide opportunities for ongoing development • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and periodically report on them.
