Introduction:
I am a native English speaking graduate and a South African citizen. I have completed my TEFL certification and an online teaching certificate with TEFL Academy.
I have a real desire to improve the lives of others by teaching English. I look forward to creating exciting and engaging lessons to motivate my students and help them to learn effectively.
I have had the privilege of tutoring a student from Grade 1-3 (age 7-9) assisting him with spelling, grammar, writing and speaking.

I have been privileged to tutor a student for 3 consecutive years. I assisted him with English, Afrikaans, Mathematics and Life skills. I have also assisted him with reading, writing, spelling and correcting of grammar.
I also assist in teaching the kids Sabbath school lesson at church and assist where I can with fun days at the primary school.
Being a mother of two boys 4 and 9 years old, I’ve gained experience in being patient and encouraging curiosity while learning. Being able to think out of the box allows your child to learn and enjoy learning. I am friendly and approachable and build good relationships with kids and people of all age groups.
