It is with great interest that I am applying for the ESL teacher position at your school. After researching several opportunities, I have decided that teaching ESL overseas is definitely the right decision for me. I feel that teaching overseas will allow me to work in a leadership role while becoming a better educator, and offer me a chance to learn about another culture.

As a university graduate, I have learned the value and rewards of hard work and dedication. Throughout my university career, I strived to do my best and I promise to do the same as an ESL teacher at your school. I am currently completing the TEFL course and I believe that obtaining my TEFL certificate will greatly assist me to create meaningful lessons and activities if given the chance to work at your school.

Working as a university tutor and school facilitator, I have taken the opportunity to instruct a wide variety of students and learners from various backgrounds and all facets of society. As a result, I am a compassionate individual, who remains sensitive to children’s unique needs, employs effective listening, and provides support to individuals and groups. I am extremely passionate about sharing my knowledge with learners to help them grow up to have a brighter future. In addition, during my practical training as a school social worker, I developed proven and more passion for children and their well-being. This allowed me to work with children on an ongoing basis and I have proven to be a person that cares about children and their success.
