Briefly, my philosophy concerning education is, “a person may obtain degrees and certificates, however, your education does not end when you graduate. Education never ends.” Employers will expect better than average performance from their employees. I try to impress upon my students, in order to succeed, “learn to learn” and “exceed expectations”.
