Together with two partners i acquired a portfolio of industrial properties located in Johannesburg. The properties are leased to a number of industrial and commercial tenants. This work requires very little time on a day to day basis, allowing lots of free time to undertake TEFL teaching.

Together with two partners I formed a commercial property broking business. I specialised in the sale of income producing properties ie. shopping centres, offices and industrial properties.

Sage Property Holdings was one of two operating subsidiaries of Sage Group Limited, a company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. I was involved in commercial property investment, development and management. I was with the company for sixteen years, the last three years as managing Director.
