Motivation letter
I have
obtained my Bachelor and Specialist Degrees in pedagogy (English and German
languages). My work experience started in 2010 when I began to tutor privately and
it includes teaching in several language private schools – I have been
educating children and adults as well – and in a university, where my target
group were freshmen students.
With
experience working in both the elementary and high school levels, as well as
activities outside of the traditional classroom, I have a diverse background
with much to offer. I started working in a private nursery school 2 years ago
and since then my pedagogical skills have been improved remarkably. In this
kindergarten I distributed quarterly educational assessments,
similar to report cards, to each parent. Also music, art and theater as well
were incorporated into lesson planning. I managed to developed professional
relationships with parents, teachers and directors. Moreover I collaborated
with colleagues on developing new classroom projects and monthly themes.
In
2015-2016 I worked in various private language schools, and developed skills in
managing diverse learners of different age and language levels. My work
included preparing lesson plans, choosing suitable topics, getting the most out
of workbooks, and combining grammar with language games.
Last
year I moved to
I am
keen to pursue a career in this field, and feel confident that I would make an
effective contribution to your team of trainers.
Thank
you for your time and consideration. I look forward to hearing
from you soon and to discuss any further details.
Kind regards,
