I am currently employed as a cover supervisor in secondary education. I work in numerous schools including; Sir John Lawes, Queensbury Academy, The Focus school and Lea manor within the counties of Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. I have covered all subjects across the curriculum, I have given PE lessons, participated in cross country races, given lessons in performing arts, languages humanities, Science, Maths and English. I also work with SEN children and manage challenging pupil behaviour.

As an EFL Instructor, I was required to provide Intensive English language instructed lessons based on a PYP programme. The students I had taught were typically aged between 18-22 and a class size of approximately 25 students. My main duties included; planning, preparing and delivering lessons to pre-university science and arts students, record keeping, grading and report writing, In addition, I was required to assess students’ performance and attend any necessary staff meetings and/ or workshops arranged by senior staff.
