Sias University is seeking a passionate Business Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business education, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to fostering a stimulating learning environment. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering engaging lectures, conducting assessments, and mentoring students to help them achieve their academic and professional goals.

Details:

Prepare lectures and discussions for classes of 70 students on average.

The full-time teaching load is 12 class hours a week, 2 hours office hour to meet with students. Providing ample time for preparation. Textbooks and other resources, including supervision, are provided.

Responsible for grading, assessment, examination, school requirements.

Monetary Benefits

Salaries start from 7,500-12,000 RMB ($1,175-$1,875 USD) a month depending on degrees attained. Every year teachers get a raise and signing a 3-year contract after the first semester gives teachers a 16.7% raise.

Aaron grew up in Bay Area, California. His father worked as a pilot for commercial airlines and from a young age Aaron began traveling globally. While attending Cal Poly (SLO) he volunteered as a youth mentor and currently spends free time serving through CEOGlobalUSA.org programs. He met Rachael in 2007 shortly after both of them completed their MA degrees and within a year they were married and moved to China. They now have four children who consider Peter Hall faculty housing their “home” even though they are on the road 6+ months of the year outside of China.
